Canadian cupcakes & some chocolate strawberry kabobs!

Here are some pics of what I have been up to recently!A co-worker of mine moved to Canada,

which was a perfect excuse for some Canadian flag cupcakes!

The circles and maple leaves were made with DELICIOUS marshmallow fondant

& the cupcakes were chocolate with oreo buttercreme frosting. Yum!

I also received a call late last week to make some of my favorite cupcakes (the kupcake kabob) as a surprise birthday delivery! Yay!

They turned out beautifully & were displayed so well in this bright pink box!

I hear they were a huge hit!

S'mores minis with marshmallow, graham cracker and hershey chocolate topping. You need a wet wipe when you finish eating one of these!

Andes Mint Chocolate mini's. This seems to be everyones favorite! It has chocolate cake with mint filling in it, chocolate buttercream frosting and an Andes mint!

Oreo Surprise! What's the surprise you ask? It not only comes with oreo buttercream and an oreo on top but also has one on the bottom! Delicious!

A kids favorite... PB & J! Yellow cake, strawberry jam filling and peanut butter buttercream frosting. It tastes just like the real thing!



*Fluffernutter and Boston Creme mini's*
If you are from back east, chance is that you have heard of a fluffernutter! It has marshmallow filling with yellow cake and peanut butter buttercream frosting. My husbands personal favorite!

The boston creme is also yellow cake but has a creme filling and chcolate gnache topping. It's a burst of goodness!
