Sorry to say, last week was my last at the market... things have just been getting busy! It's been difficult to keep up with orders and the market so I am focusing on the orders!

Therefore I am providing a list of my flavors that I am currently offering. Remember, huckleberry will only be offered for a short time longer so order them while you can!

Huckleberry Cupcakes are here!!!

Introducing our newest seasonal cupcake ... HUCKLEBERRY! And they are delicious! The Huckleberry consists of yellow cake and huckleberry buttercream frosting made with real, fresh huckleberries that we pick ourselves!! The yellow cake and the huckleberry frosting compliment eachother in a fantastic way and really brings out that delicious taste. We have sold out of them the last 2 weeks at the market within the first couple hours so we are now taking orders to be picked up at the market or any other time of the week if you wish!

Back from vacation!

Well, I'm back from vacation in the Ohio and am getting ready for the Farmers Market this Friday! I will be having huckleberry again (which was sold out in the first 2 hours!) and also the Andes Mint Chocolate.
This week I am going to try out the regular size cupcakes again and see if there is a market for those. They will be $1.50 and sold individually as well as in a half dozen box.
Also, sorry for the lack of pictures lately on the blog- our camera as been lost! Hopefully that will be replaced soon!

No Farmers Market Tomorrow :(

Because of unfortunate circumstances I will not be at the market tomorrow... but not to worry - Next week is a go!
I have been working on a couple great flavors with fruit I purchased from the market so look for that next week!
I also just finished a wedding cake tonight for a co-worker and those pictures will be to come when I recieve one from the bride. (My husband has the camera out of town!)

Farmers Market last Friday

It was a hot day last Friday... and the cupcakes took it alright. I will have to say that unless there is a special order, I will not be offering the Simply Strawberry at the Market. 95 degree weather does not do well with this frosting! However it was great for the S'mores!

TheM&M kupcake Kabobs were a hot item as well. It's amazing how many parents had to pull their kids away from the tempting sweets on a stick! (But some just had to give in!)

One happy customer took these treats to her friends that were coming to stay the weekend. She said she was going to put them in their hotel room before they arrived. What a clever idea and nice treat to discover after a day of traveling!

The market was a hit! If you would like to special order for next weeks market, let me know by Wednesday and I can have them their for you to pick up. All orders must be prepaid. This is great for any weekend parties you might be attending or just for a late night snack!

Rexburg Farmers Market!

I have not posted lately because I have been preparing fabulous cupcake flavors for the Rexburg Farmers Market! It had been very time consuming but will be worth it on Friday! The following flavors that will be there on Friday are:
