A co-worker of mine, Karen, had a jungle theme baby shower Saturday which inspired this cake!
It was my first topsy turvey cake and so fun to do! The top layer was lemon and the bottom layer was chocolate with wonderful marshmallow fondant! (yum!)
Thank you so much to my sister-in-law Katie who helped me design and put together this cake. And Congratulations to Karen and Steven on their baby boy Xander!
