I have to admit.... these were so fun to make!
I made yellow cake for the 'buns', fudge brownies for the 'patty' and butter cream frosting for the 'cheese, mustard and ketchup'.... I'd eat these burgers any day! 
For the 'lettuce' I used coconut (one of my favorite foods!).
I made these for Justin's birthday and they were a major hit!
Everyone loved the cake /brownie mix and were taken back how much it resembled the real thing! Here's to the end of summer!
